WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RENOVATING AND REMODELING?

"Renovate" and "remodel" are not interchangeable terms. They have slightly different meanings. Renovations refer to upgrades made in existing spaces that don't impact the surrounding structure. Remodeling involves knocking down walls or making other structural changes.
