Jerry Shkavritko started in the home improvement business acting as a General Manager at Allstate Roofing & More, LLC in Rochester, NY—a popular exterior home improvement company established in 2008. There, he learned every facet of the business–from evaluations to installation, from best practices to warranties, from quality brands to the importance of follow through and communication. Jerry also saw the downside of the industry—contractors who are just chasing the money. Many times, Allstate Roofing & More, LLC was tasked with repairing or replacing a project that had recently been completed by another contractor, who used sub-par materials and installation practices and disappeared once the money was received. It became very important to Jerry to ensure that customers could trust him, and the work that his team was completing for them.

Natalie Shkavritko has an extensive background in accounting, organization, and team management. With many members of her family in construction and exterior home improvement, she has become somewhat of an expert in the field, and has grown to love the organizational side of the business.

When Jerry and Natalie decided to move to Charlotte, NC, it just made sense to continue working doing what they love—and Valverax, LLC was born! They worked to put together a team that shared their desire to help customers, and to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Tyler was looking to convert his porch to a 3 season room and to screen-in his outdoor kitchen area.

We installed Sunspace WeatherMaster 200 wall system with 4 track ViewFlex Vinyl to keep pollen and outdoor elements out of the porch.

For the outdoor kitchen area, we installed Sunspace Sunrooms Model 100 wall system with tuff-screen as well as Mirage Retractable Screen Systems 4800 Retractable Large Screen to be able to easily open a large area to the patio or keep it closed to keep bugs out.
