Licensed contractors have been trained to understand and meet all requirements set by the city council and state and federal government. They will make sure the necessary inspections are made to make sure your home meets every single quality requirement and passes all safety examinations. These can become very important when the time comes to sell your home. If you have had any major renovations completed, an inspection from the potential buyer and or their financing institution may ask if the required permits were pulled for the project to make sure they have met the code requirements.

To complete a project on time and meeting the contract requirements licensed contractors follow a specific, systematic approach to their projects. They carefully plan out the process before starting work; they will prioritize open communication and a timeline for the homeowner from day one until the day the project is completed. A licensed contractor will also provide a signed legal contract between the two of you: a form of security that only licensed contractors can offer.

Our designers use that information, the space available and any building limitations to create a layout of cabinets, appliances and other kitchen items required, such as an island or table, to ensure that the space suits your needs. By understanding our client needs we incorporate them to work within the budget available, and try to incorporate their design and color preferences. Kitchens are no longer utilitarian. Since they are the gathering place for so many activities, the design for the kitchen has become increasingly important. More and more homeowners are becoming aware that the design of their kitchen has an impact on more than just the preparation of meals. It can impact how a family relates.
