At Paul Kowalski Builders our Design-Build approach offers a streamlined construction process, whether you are building from the ground up, constructing an addition, or remodeling the interior of your home. We take your broad vision, napkin sketch or Pinterest board and make it a reality. Our licensed general contractor, designer, draftsman, estimators, and project managers collaborate to design & build your project – in budget and on time.

Kickoff Meeting
Breakfast or Lunch, you pick! Our team will meet with you at your home to have a bite and review your upcoming project. We will cover expectations, discuss the construction calendar and answer any of your questions.

Build
Your Project Manager will oversee all aspects of your project and be your point person for all communication. You will have a personal log-in to our BuilderTrend software so that you are always in the loop. Your PM will regularly use BuilderTrend to log project notes, calendar updates, job site pictures, fixture selections and more. With BuilderTrend, you have 24-7 access to all job details.

Walk-Through
After we have passed inspections and substantial progress is reached, your PM will walk through the project with you, answer any questions and note any items that may need to be addressed. We will make a list of any items, log them in BuilderTrend and create a plan to address them.

Warranty
Your project is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty. We aren’t going anywhere and stand by the quality of our construction.
