We have been founded in 2005 by Kim Willis to provide customers in Beaufort, NC and other coastal communities with high quality construction and contracting services. Our company specializes in residential construction, renovation, and remodeling services. We have the skills, experience, and expertise to help you redesign your home or build the home of your dreams.
Since our beginning, our team has been committed to helping our clients make their dreams and thoughts a reality. We strive to complete every project on time and within budget. We work diligently to maintain open lines of communication with our clients and will guide you through every step of your home renovation, construction, or remodeling project. In 2017, our homes featured in the Home Builders Association of Craven and Pamlico Counties’ Parade of Homes and won in Category 1 and Category 3 for the “New Construction” category.
We also won Best of Show bathroom and Best of Show floors. To complement our construction services, our company provides a range of real estate services including home sales and house rentals. Our owner/manager is a licensed real estate broker and can help you find the home that fits you, your family, and budget. We are proud to serve clients from across Eastern North Carolina and along the Southern Coast of the state.
Our owner and manager, Kimberly Willis is licensed in North Carolina as a commercial contractor and real estate broker. She obtained her contractor’s license in 2005 after spending eleven years renovating and flipping homes throughout the area. She received her Bachelor's from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to owning and managing Coastal Heritage Construction and Realty, she is the owner/manager of two real estate rental companies, as well as a medical management company. She has worked in a range of industries throughout her career, including ownership of multiple retail stores and as an internal auditor for a banking and financial services company.
Kim is very active in our community and volunteers for a number of organizations including the American Cancer Society, Samaritan's Purse, Carteret County Schools, and Glad Tidings Church. She served on the Carteret County School Board for two 4-year terms, and is a member of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, Carteret County Home Builders, Carteret County Association of Realtors, and the Carteret Community College Board of Trustees Craven Pamlico Home Builders. She is happily married to Kerry Willis, MD and is the proud mother of two sons, Samuel and Benjamin, and two daughters-in-law, Lindsay and Beth and one granddaughter Bailey.
